Team building and training in one: Crazy Jump

In the life of a football team (or in any group, where there are common goals), it is important that the team members form a strong community in addition to completing the task. Good mood has a positive effect on performance, the players of a cohesive team perform more effectively on the field and also support each other in civilian life.

Team-building training can be considered as a well-known and preferred method in this respect. Especially in the case of the monotony of the large number of trainings held during the preseason, the better knowledge of the teammates and the constant pressure caused by the consecutive weekend matches in the league rhythm, this type of sessions plays a role.

With the U14 team of Szeged-Csanád Grosics Academia, we tried an even lesser-known team building activity. The Crazy Jump trampoline park is currently operating in Szeged besides Budapest, and we changed one of our afternoon trainings for this purpose. As it turned out, this session is equivalent to a hearty workout, in addition to the elevated mood and positive experience, which are guaranteed for the athletes.

This type of physical activity develops coordination, a sense of balance and focused attention. Besides it also improves posture by strengthening the core muscles and reduces the risk of muscle injuries by making joints more flexible. It also shows that trampoline, in addition to having good fun has an almost unnoticed effect on our body.
