At the age of U14, I primarily worked as a psychologist, and I also occasionally supported the work of head coach Kikity Mario as an assistant coach. It meant a lot that my colleague accepted my advice from the very first moment and we took the age group as an equal partner. Mario was in charge of the professional part of football and I was in charge of mental development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The role of training, authenticity<\/strong> Rules, choice of captain and targets<\/strong> Responsibility group activities, handling physical and mental workloads<\/strong>
First of all, we have stated that we do not have a starting team, everyone will be given the opportunity to play based on their training work. We kept to ourselves for this throughout the season, so the players were given an adequate amount of playing opportunities as individuals, proving their abilities. There were also surprises when a beginner player suddenly found herself on the bench while a less talented player who had previously been booked as a substitution got a place in the starting eleven. In course of time, the players understood, everyone is equally valuable within the team, there is no exception. As a result, the guys became more and more united, they started to trust each other, which was seen in the team's performance as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We had the opportunity to go to training camp during the summer and winter preparing season. In the meantime, we have created the rules for all of us throughout the season. What is allowed and what is not allowed in the dressing room, in training, during team trips, during matches or out of the field. We elected the team's five-member organization, including the captain and two deputies who were responsible for complying with the rules as well. Finally, everyone set their own goals and we set team goals together. We met the boys 28 times in connection with the Responsibility Development Training Program. In addition to developing a sense of responsibility at the individual, team and club level, we discussed the problems that are currently emerging, constantly monitoring the operation of the team. Mario also took part in these occasions, so psychologist and coach took the group together. In addition, we held team building programs and activities on a monthly basis. Hamburgers, pizzas, cooking, birthday celebrations, crazy jumps, bathing, filming, watching matches were among the programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
